2010 Base Camps
A large number of teams taking part in the tournament are expected to prepare themselves at selected `Base Camps’, which will be outside the borders of South Africa, throughout the Southern African region.  This region includes Swaziland, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Tanzania and Zambia, where the teams will acclimatise before moving to their South African training bases.
